Up North Productions reserves the right to reject any booking requests made. All information about the booking will be emailed to the person who makes the booking only. Up North Productions reserves the right to cancel any booking. Up North Productions will provide a full refund if the match booked is cancelled. No refunds will be given for any cancellations less than 24 hours before the specified kickoff time, unless the game is called off. This offer only applies to teams based in the North West. Any players involved in the match who are under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian due to safeguarding rules. It is the responsibiltiy of the club making the booking to find out the age of the match officials and make sure that they are either over the age of 18, or have consent to be filmed. For all junior matches, written parental consent is required for every player involved. It is the responsibility of the club making the booking to ensure permission to film is granted by both teams, including parental permission for each player involved, or who may appear in the video.
